Mouth watering bitter gourd (karela) seed bhurji (fry) dish is very simple and easy to cook. Don’t throw seeds after cleaning bitter gourd.

Ingredients – Bitter gourd seeds, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, Olive/Refine Oil, Spring onion leafs.

Process –
Toss the bitter gourd seeds for 5 minutes. add oil, salt, turmeric powder, chilly power and toss for another 5 minutes. add fine chopped spring onion and toss for another 5 minutes. Garnish it with any bread available and piece of lemon.
